For Consumer (B2C) order:
⭐ Customer to keep track on the warranty date. Please register once you received the product and invoice. Key in the right Serial No: MBXXXXX of the product), personal information and upload the invoice in JPG/PNG format. Failure to do so will not be able to register the warranty of the product.
⭐ Battery cannot crank we cover within 6 months from the date of the invoice. To claim check your warranty details on our warranty website,
⭐ Warranty replacement goods 1:1 applicable after the inspection (subject to manufacturing defects).
⭐ Overcharged battery (kembong) & misuse of battery is not applicable in warranty.
⭐ The Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, landslides, and product defects or damage caused by the inappropriate handling by courier delivery agents.
⭐ Process of the warranty claims replacement will take 5-7 working days upon confirmation.
⭐ For Leakage battery, we cover for the first 1 month.
⭐ Postage of claim return and new replacement arrangement to be borne by buyer.
⭐ For Pickup method: Time Schedule: Slot 1: 9.30a.m - 12.15pm & Slot 2: 2.00p.m - 4.15pm
